Building
Service Trainees
We're fully committed to the future of our
business. That's why in 1998 we introduced the Building Services
Trainee Programme to develop the next generation of industry
professionals.
Trainees spend two or three years combining on-the-job training
with classroom learning to provide a comprehensive overview
of our business and industry. You'll have the chance to experience
every side of the company during the Programme, from mechanical
& electrical installations right through to business development.
At the end of it, you'll have built up a clear picture of the
structure and interrelations of all departments helping you
to choose which area you eventually want to specialise in.
At the same time, you'll spend one day a week at college, studying
for a National Certificate in Building Services. It will take
confidence, commitment and enthusiasm to thrive in such a varied
and changing environment, as well as the ability to balance
working and keeping up with your course studies. But you will
have the satisfaction of combining gaining a qualification with
starting on the first step to a long and successful career
with us.
