Irrespective of how well the project
has been managed and designed, services will not live up to
expectations if the installation is poorly commissioned. Commissioning
quality is therefore fundamental to the success of the overall
project.
All Aqua''s projects are commissioned either by the company's
own commissioning engineers or by specialist organisations from
the supply chain. Even when using specialist organisations,
Aqua's own commissioning engineers continue to manage and supervise
the commissioning activities.
Careful programming and preparation of the commissioning methodology
commences upon appointment to the project. Aqua's in-house commissioning
engineers work closely with the project team to develop the
design during the pre-contract phase and are actively involved
during the installation period. The commissioning engineers
physically inspect the installation as it progresses to ensure
that all requirements have been properly incorporated and the
installation can be commissioned effectively.
