Feedback mechanisms are in place for every project carried out
by Aqua, the results of which are reviewed regularly by the
company's customer focus group.
After Sales Commitment
Aqua takes pride in the quality of the installation and fully
understands the importance of this to clients and is committed
to provide a full after sales service on all of our completed
projects.
If a fault is reported, Aqua's maintenance co-ordinator will
arrange a mutually acceptable time and date for our engineers
to call and ensure that the all works are completed within the
required timescale.
For "out-of-hours" emergency call outs a dedicated
low cost telephone number will be provided which is manned by
on-call service engineers.
