Description of works:
This project involved the design, supply and installation of mechanical, electrical and public health services to private apartments and commercial office areas at Harris Wharf, overlook the Grand Union/Regents Canal.

FHA fifty six residential apartments range from ground to sixth floor on three sides of a central courtyard with a ground floor communal garden area. The two office areas are arranged at ground and basement level complete with toilet and ancillary accommodation with car parking at basement level.

The mechanical installation within the apartments include electrical panel heaters, local extract ventilation to bathrooms and kitchens, locally generated and boosted hot and cold water supplying bathrooms and kitchens and local spilt air conditioning with the penthouse units. Electrical services include a Door Entry phone system, individually switched lighting to internal rooms with timed and dimmable lighting control, full intruder alarm system connected to the concierge's office and Telephone and TV/FM sockets located within the lounge and bedrooms.
